AARON WILSON

Hi there and welcome to my website.
My name is Aaron Wilson and I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for the past 20 years.
My qualifications include Personal Training, Advanced Nutrition and Sports Performance.
Other qualifications include Weight Management, Spinning, Boxercise, Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga and Injury Rehab.
My fitness career started at the University of the West of England as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
From there I went on to complete 2 years with Royal Caribbean as the on-board Personal Trainer. Along with Personal Training & classes I was responsible for holding Health & Nutrition seminars.
On my return I opened a Personal Training Studio, offering 1-2-1 training as well as group classes.
After 5 years I then returned to freelance and online Personal Training and I have done that ever since.
I consider myself a focused professional who will go out my way to share knowledge, passion and endless energy with every client I meet.
Each service offers a mix of challenging enjoyable options that will guarantee results.
The training approach is centred around the importance of technique and foundation.
Injury prevention, posture and balance are just some of the factors I like to include.
